Clear Water Bay sets on the west shore of Hong Kong in the New Territories. Clear Water Bay has remained low-densely, surrounded by beautiful landscape and stunning seascapes. There are two beaches in the area, both with clear white sand and gorgeous water for swimming. The Country Park is also a popular attraction with a stunning panoramic view.

Clear Water Bay has many low-density residential properties, which are currently increasing in popularity due to its clean, beautiful beaches and quiet living. Mainly townhouses and individual houses are built in this area. Sea-views are offered in almost all of them and the sizes are in general larger than in other parts of Hong Kong. The rents are also fairly reasonable and the air is clean.

There are some great little restaurants, such as Pepperoni's Pizza and Cafe on Po Tung Road and the Tung Kee Restaurant, which serve exquisite Cantonese seafood on Man Nin Street. In Sai Kung there is a bigger range of restaurants, everything from Thai to Italian. You can also find city super, cinema and other services there.

Transportation is not a problem even though the area is a quite hide-away from the city core. There are several buses, mini-buses and taxis taking you to the city easily. If you live in the Silver Strand area of Clear Water Bay, you're about a 10 minute bus ride to the MTR in Tseung Kwan O and then about 40 minutes on the MTR to Central. However, many residences have their own car for convenience.
